Steel Tube Manufacturing Factory mainly produces welded cold bending structural hollow sections in square and rectangular as per standard EN10210 The main equipments include two cold bending square and rectangular tube production lines by 200mm* 200mm and 400mm* 400mm.EFD high-frequency welder imported from Norway are used in these two lines to ensure reliable quality of welded joints .The company has also imported full-automatic continuous temperature furance for relaxation of internal stress taking place during production .The raw materials are supplied from Wusteel and Baosteel which ensure quality of products from the beginning , The main products are S235JRH , S355J2H, ect., with a size range from 80mm* 80mm* 4mm-500mm* 500mm* 16mm. The company has successfully acquired “ CE Mark” for products and herewith enable to enter Europe market , which fills in a domestic gap of technology area.
Production capacity of Melting Factory is 100, 000 metric tons yearly .Main equipments include 2* 25 ton electric-arc furance , 2* 30 ton AOD furance , 1* 30 ton VOD vacuum refinement furance , 1* 30 ton LF refinement furance .The factory produce extra low carbon and nitrogen stainless steel , austenitic stainless steel, Duplex steel , PH Stainless steel , high temperature resistance stainless steel by vacuum oxygen blowing decarburisation refining technology .Main products are stainless steel ingot , stainless steel round bar, stainless steel monther pipe in grades TP316/ 316L, TP304/ 304L, TP321/ 321H, TP347/ 347H, TP317/ 317L, TP904L, UNS31803, ect.T he products are fully conform to standard GB , ASTM, DIN, EN and JIS.
Physical and Chemical Inspection Center has ability to do inspection with enough testing manchine including spectral analyer , hardness tester, non-destructive flaw detector, hydrostatic testing manchine , full-automatic continuous temperature furance , ect.The quality of products can be ensured by testing of these manchine .
